Pin-Up Bowl in Kansas City is now closed.
The Legends at Village West, where we were located, is in the process of transitioning to an outlet shopping center, Legends Outlets. We moved out as a part of that process. We have had a great relationship with the developer and landlord for the five years that we have been working together, and the parting was very amicable. Our understanding is that they will be announcing some exciting new tenants in the near future that will be a great fit for their outlet concept.
